Editorial Methodology

We use a source hierarchy: current seller/label sources for product facts; FDA/NCCIH and peer-reviewed literature for health evidence; identifiable consumer platforms for consumer reports. These source classes are not interchangeable.

Evidence distance

Exact finished-product randomized trials are stronger for product claims than studies of a similar formula, which are stronger than studies of one ingredient, which are stronger than mechanistic or animal evidence.

Commercial facts

Prices, shipping, bonuses, seller routes and guarantee language are treated as time-sensitive and date-checked.

YMYL safeguards

We avoid unsupported disease-treatment claims, fake medical authority, fabricated star ratings and the false implication that FDA registration equals FDA approval.

AI/software assistance

Software may assist with drafting, structure and quality checks. Claims still require source review under this methodology.
